This summer, I really want to go a summer festival or fireworks wearing yukata. I haven't worn it for about 8 years. Maybe it's little hard to walk around for a long time, but I must be get used to it as a Japanese girl.
On 1st of August, My highschool classmates are gathering up for barbecue. We can't see each other very much, so I am looking forwards to seeing them. They are special friends. Friends for a life.
I am thinking about going to the pool about 6km away from home. If I can, I use my bicycle to go there. I guess it is hard excercise...but I want to lose some weight. Also, I will start a new job and the old job again. There are enough time to do things which I cannot try during the term, so I will enjoy them and relax sometime. I can't wait!

Last Friday
I was bit nervous about strike on Sotetsu line because I have all the favourite lessons on Friday! As soon as the information e-mail told me that morning classes were cancelled, I was half dissapointed and half pleased for sudden free time.
On that day, my mother was planning to go shopping so I followed. It was the first day of the summer sale. She bought me a pair of rain shoes.
We bought lunch at SATY and ate them in a park together. Unfortunately there was not much time, but we had a nice 3 hours!

A time I was lost
When the time I had started to going out to cities by myself, I always got lost in the station. Even there are signs I was not sure if I was going right way or not. Stations in big cities are always crowded and complecated.
At outsides, I don't get lost so much; because I can see distinguishable buildings or roads. Also, I've been used to walking around in the countryside since I was in primary school so I have some sense which way to go in the woods. But in the artificial spaces, it doesn't work.
So, until recently, I had to arrive at the place 30~50 minutes early, estimating wondering around in "vast jungle".

How the weather affects your mood
I don't feel lazy or sleepy on rainy day, or active on a sunny day. I only care about humidity and temperature. When it is raining, my hair goes out of control! My hair got voluminous. Also, it has wavy bit and straight at the bottom. So even if I set my hair in the morning, it doesn't work so long in humid or wet weather. If the hair is bad, I have to wear cap. Which means I have to change what to wear. So annoying!
Like Mrs Pichette's friend, I love the cold day, especially the early winter. I hate hot day. I feel I don't want to do anything.

3 ways to healthier life
What I think 3 way to be healthier is ...
1. Sleep or wake up on same time. You can keep a good rythm. To have a long sleep is sometimes difficult. But at least you keep regular hours I believe body will be alright.
2. Eat vegetables or fruits everyday. It prevents from constipation and good for skin. I often eat an apple with yoghurt for breakfast. When I feel I am eating too much oily or fattening foods I try to buy a vegetable mixed juice for a reassure.
3. Be stress-free. Mental stress often leads body problem so we need some relaxing time. When I'm too busy and stressed, I usually have spots or get some fats!

City or Country?
My friend from Hokkaido always says that "Oh god! I hate this crowded street! I don't see why everyone goes to the same place." He lives in Hiyoshi, about 6 minites from the station. For me, the place he live now is so convinient. I live in Atsugi, middle of Kanagawa. My house is about 35 minites away from the nearest stations by bus so it takes at least 1 hour for going to any city centres like Yokohama, Machida, Shinjuku, etc.
Living in a country area can be relaxing. I have always liked walking in woods from I was in primary school and gazing at the night sky with some stars and bright moon. It's nice, but I don't want to spend lots of money on transport! I prefer city.

Golden Week
During the Golden Week, I went to Nagano for 3 days on my band circle's trip. At 8:30 AM we gathered at Shibuya and got on the bus. I chatted with friends near my seat and played cards. Loser had to pick one penalty card that says nasty instruction on it. We had enjoyed chatting and cardgame very much that time passed quickly. When we arrived at inn it was about 3 PM.
There were some music studio to practise. Each band practised hard for a live (kind of) on 2nd night. My band played 2 Bump of Chiken's songs. Drums and bass were 1st year students. Because I hadn't enough time to practise before going to this trip I couldn't play well. That was disapointing thing but seniors and I could become good friends with 2 new boys.
After that concert there was a party. We played bingo as we drink. Unfortunately I got no prize but had geat fun doing stupid things with funny drunken people. Also I played Jinsei Game with 4 friends and 1 new student until the sun rises. On the last day we tidied up our baggage and mess from party, ofcourse. We said thank you to inn's owner and left there at 1:30 PM. It took a bit longer than 3days ago. I guess everyone was coming back to Kanto too on that day. Exausted but I made wonderful friednds and memories!
